Right of Withdrawal - Refund

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notified paintstore.gr of your decision to withdraw from the contract, even if you simply changed opinion.

Deadline and Manner of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract may be exercised by you, even without stating the reason, within a period of 14 calendar days for sales contracts, from the date of receipt (acquisition of physical possession) of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us by sending an email and filling out the “Product Returns” form which you can find on our website. To withdraw in time, all you have to do is send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Ways to Return Products

The return of the product can be done in one of the following ways. Particularly:

a) Receipt of the product from us: You will be informed by phone about the cost of receipt.

b) Return via shipping of your choice: You can return the product through a shipping company of your choice, at your own expense.

c) The products you return should not have been used, should be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage, their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies them and should be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.) upon delivery.

Refund due to withdrawal

Paintstore.gr refunds any payment received from you, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In case of return of products due to withdrawal, the refund is made in one of the following ways, depending on the means you used during the payment:

by canceling your credit/ debit card charge or

by refund by deposit in a bank account.

In any case, paintstore.gr will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless it has been expressly agreed otherwise with you and provided that you do not incur any costs incurred. from a refund.

Except for the fact that paintstore.gr offered to pick up the product to be returned itself, in respect of the sales contracts, it has the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned.

In case of return of products, you are only charged with the direct cost of their return, subject to any special circumstances.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product, if you use / manage the product in a way other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of each product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from the contract, in the supply of products, when the following cases occur:

a) The price of which depends on money market fluctuations, which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

b) Products are manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized specifications.

c) Products may be damaged or expire soon.

d) In the case of sealed products, which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

e) Products which, after their delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.

Product defect

In all cases where proven:

a) the products are incorrect or products of poor and defective quality / operation

or also

(b) products which lack the agreed properties.

You can request:

product replacement or

withdraw from the contract and return the product, requesting a refund, pursuant to what is stated above for the right of withdrawal.

In any case, the provisions of the Civil Code and the more specific provisions on consumer protection also apply.

The product to be replaced or returned must in any case be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.), be in the condition received by the customer and the packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product.
